That's what I heard by friends and to be honest I haven't seen a bad verification to warn others of a person xx

That's a big bad world out there, what happens if the person turns out to be an absolute twat that doesn't understand the word no ?

You get to choose which you show. So people wouldn’t show bad ones. Ive never shown most of mine. But it is possible to leave a bad one but nobody would see it anyway.
