Less stress

Only joking. A nice relaxing hot bath, eye mask and pamper. Then to bed. No devices, just lay down and enjoy the peace.

If it help, write down the things you are thinking about to try and get them out of your head.

Reading

Cool cloth over your eyes and a couple of painkillers.

Self massage. Something like this (channel I've used before, no connection - tried to share a specific video but it contained a forbidden word...)

Drink plenty of water, deep breaths, fresh air

I get alot of migranes, i find darkness and drinking plenty water helps. Sleep is the best but it can be hard to get off to sleep when your head is thumping so with your finger tips if you follow the back of your neck to the base of your skull there is a soft spongey spot firmly press a finger or thumb in there and massage in circles it will relieve the pain for a lil bit and you might get to sleep. Works for me I dunno check it out anyway hope it helps

I just have to take a break. take paracetamol and ibuprofen and force myself to lie down for a minute. Maybe not the same as a stress headache, but I can get weird, painless migraines in the literal blink of an eye.

Thanks everyone, think a dark room, hot bath and a night off sounds like a way to go

Menthol crystals used as a steam inhalant ( in a cup with boiling water)

Really helps with sinus pain too

My advice would be don't be stressed.

Honestly though make sure you're hydrated and avoid screens. I hope you're better soon.
