Shepherds pie, layer of mash, then add a layer of chorizo & peas, top with mash - bit new but I’m a traditionalist potato or pastry top

I want a sweet pie with plums, raspberries, strawberries nectarines, rhubarb n a bit of good get in there but added pizazz, throw white fluffy meringue on top and serve it with icecream

Just crumble - no fruit but in layers with custard and extra thick cream
