After a great conversation yesterday, I know this has been done lots probably over the past.

But there’s new people like me... and peoples opinions on who they’d invite change.

So you can invite 5 celebs no ones off limits for this dinner party no one died years ago

Chose five celebs dead or alive and say why you’d like them there?

Michael Palin - funny, very interesting and loves

Exploring

Diane Fosey - I’d love to know what made her want to work and save with animals and gorillas in particular.

Brian blessed - loud, funny tells amazing stories like a favourite grandad and another explorer, apparently on an trip to the Arctic he punched a polar bear on the nose. I don’t care if that’s true or not I want to hear it over after dinner drinks

Heath Ledger - amazing actor, had demons but I think in that company he might thrive,

Densely Washington - heard him speak many times and I find him interesting, funny and mischievous

If you invite Brain Blessed, everyone else might as well stay at home. I seem to have developed an irrational dislike of him and his astonishingly large ego!

I think that’s part of his persona. He runs a farm full

Of rescue animals with his wife too. But I’ll gag him if he takes up to much time taking about himself lol

Freddie Mercury, because its Freddie Mercury.

Stevie Nicks, because her talent blows me away, she's the wrote my most favourite song in the world, and I'd love to hear all about her career from her viewpoint

Sir David Attenborough, quite simply a fascinating chap and a national treasure

Dame Judi Dench, shes such a talent, and has a wonderfully dry wit

Tom Hardy, because he's a nice bloke and I like his face.

He's punched a polar bear before, (ahem...) so good luck with that!

I ask this question to other people a lot. Well, sort of, I ask them what type of bread roll they'd choose, or what colour socks they'd wear to the dinner party. I tend to lose a lot of couples attention after that! :D

For a genuine answer though, I couldn't do meaningful justice to epic people from the world, so I'd probably instead get comedy heroes of mine, and hope to watch a magical conversation...

Bob Mortimer

Doug Stanhope

David Mitchell

Richard Pryor

And actually, i'll take Palin too.

I'll also take Palin. I met him lots of year ago and he's very shy and sweet at first.

I'd also have Joanna Lumley because she's interested in other people as well as being utterly charming and hilarious.

Spike Milligan, for obvious reasons.

Tamsin Greig - I her

SOUTHEND-ON-SEA

I'd love to have the big yin himself, Billy Connolly. Met him in St Lucia & flew home with us. Had all the passengers in stitches.

Eric Morecambe maybe, sure to bring a smile.

Steven Hawking, an amazingly brilliant mind.

David Bowie, coz I just loved his music (+ he was bi).

Last but not least, Bill Bailey. Super funny man & an amazing musician.

Vladimir Putin - World's greatest statesman and would be fascinating to discuss politics and his worldview on international relations.

Robin Williams - His personality, humour, wit.

Jacques Cousteau - His experiences and travels / adventures on the high seas.

Clint Eastwood - A hollywood legend and would be fascinated to hear his stories from actor and director.
