There's no set length of time other than when it feels right - some people it's been a matter of minutes, others who I regularly interact with I'm still not friends with as there's no need.

Seriously, I tend to just swap numbers or Telegram names with anyone that I want to speak to more because I bloody hate messaging on here and having to actually venture into my inbox and sift through the drivel to find the one message that I want to read.

I don't think I've ever friend requested anyone, it's usually others who do me.i appreciate them asking if they can add me, rather than exchanging a couple of messages and then sending a friends request.

My list is v small though and I only add people I've met.

In all seriousness, it all depends on whether it appears that the interaction is going to go further than a quick chat or a hundred other variables!

Without sounds wanting to sound vague, it’s a very nebulous thing and goes by feel.

As GM said; I’ve some people that I chat to frequently but aren’t actually friends, other fab friends that I’ve not chatted with in months!

I never do. I don’t have any friends pics so it would be unfair to. I have enough pics on show, by the time I get to the stage I would share anymore we’d be chatting elsewhere anyway.

Our friends list is just that. People we either want to meet or they are our type of people.

We add/ask them when we feel it’s right.

We have a lot of friends only pics so get a lot of random requests which just get ignored as then they can’t ask again
