Under the Duvet

Had a case of the Sunday blues earlier.

Been out in the fresh air with a good friend and feeling betterer now.

Sundays have never been my strong point.

Hug of support to anyone else feeling similar.

I'm often like that on a Sunday after spending Saturday night as Gemma & the come down after feels a bit bleak. Fresh air & outdoors is the great pick me up to lift the spirits & clear the head ready for work on Monday. I count myself lucky I have both woodland walks & long deserted beaches within short walking distance cos I think I'd go mad without them. The beach is my favourite place. Where land meets sea & sky all in one place and I can feel free. X

Sunday's can be strange days sometimes. I much prefer a Saturday. You did right going for a walk, exercise really helps to lift the mood.
