Baked spud....

Here, there and everywhere!

I'm too tired to cook properly so have just banged a spud in the oven.

What's your fave topping for a baked potato?

I'll be having mine with a tin of spaghetti hoops and sausages with a load of grated cheese on top.

It's a type of strained cottage cheese.. with fresh chives and finally cut shallots or white onion. If not creamy enough - mixed with soured cream.
