How good is naptime?

Went on a vanilla date last night, couldn’t sleep afterwards till after 4am, had to get up for 5 to take the dog form a walk, and then leave for work at 6. I got home from work at around 4ish, took dog for a walk, sat on the couch, next thing I’m woken by the dog licking her foof and it’s 9pm!!!

Feel refreshed!!! I ask again, how good is naptime? We need to bring in a national siesta like in Spain

Nap time is dangerous time. I try and avoid it because I could be out for a while.

Thank you. Problem is it wasn’t a planned nap. But feel good now. Wonder if I will later as I’m up again at 5 tomorrow lol

I have to nap a lot because of a hidden illness. I quite often feel worse for a while after. But can't make it through the day without quite often. For me it's a way of life that I hate at times.

With being vaccinated with 2 injections I've found myself being maga knackered.

I've had to have a good 1/2 hr or 1hr or 1/2 kip most days. Found it better than having 8hrs?

FYI a chipolato is originally an Italian sausage with better quality meat inside it than the typical ground sausage, and it's own blend. Size only became smaller when filled with ground beef in uk who used name to justify smaller size, less calories (duh, smaller) and bigger profits. However it still makes it funny regarding penis size however untrue.
