Definitely not catfishing and not even sure it's technically ghosting which suggests cutting contact after dating - not sure one meet would constitute any kind of commitment or dating.

Is probably just a case of she isn't interested in meeting again but feels awkward saying so and just hoped it would fizzle naturally OP
