I've no doubt whatsoever that if they had been middle eastern and talking a foreign language, and someone had been shot, there would be all the usual voices here saying it was perfectly justified and that the police should be given medals. Racism and skin colour is so highly controversial and such a hot topic that any mention of it overshadows any other point in the topic. If the discussion was truely intended to be about fighting in an airport skin colour would not have come in to this, and I would say the same if it were a group of black men too.
