Are anime movies bad for the series?

Being a dragon Ball super fan, I'm gutted they still haven't announced a continuation of the series.

They are making a new movie to be released next year but from what I've been made aware, it's not worth for them to make the series when movies gross over $100m in profit on their own

DBz has been going a long long time now why not just do a movie every know and then "

Nothing wrong, but the series has been on pause for like 2 years now

No really, when the news broke about 2022 movie, the anime fans probably flooded their knickers with excitement.

Hopefully there just allowing the manga to get ahead a fair bit 1st before continuing, really want to see the moro and granolah arcs

they seem too busy with dragonball heroes unfortunately

Maybe, but omg Moro's arc is going to be epic animated
