I put it down to the fact it was plain non buttered bread, probably wasn't even a fresh cut loaf.

I used to have a staffy, I love him so much, the only thing that never let me down lol

Id be looking at the extra 10k level you can always make an offer, I'd be expecting the estate agents to have bumped the marketing price up... Knock a minimum of 10% to 15% off that price... Good luck.
