I don’t know wether I have a touch of anxiety" Most definitely, my anxiety is through the roof at the moment,I want to get back on the social scene of meeting and having much needed human contact but my need and what I want don't come close to my worries of potentially being in contact with someone who's got the virus and then me potentially passing it on to my loved ones and friends... Just as many people struggled with the change to lockdown last March, many will struggle with the easing of distancing when it happens. Sudden and drastic changes can cause anxiety and stress in anyone. Try to think about why you feel anxious about it, what’s bringing that reaction in you and try to remember how you coped before lockdown | |||
