I was thinking today, in light of having to wait for a taxi for about 20min (I get them through work, part of infection control grant), due to it being Eid. What happened to equality and diversity in certain jobs? Why does it looks like drivers in taxi companies (at least in my home town) seem to be from exactly the same ethnical group? Please discuss

Perhaps the issue is lack of diverse hiring in other jobs, forcing them to be taxi drivers.
