Up North

I was having this conversation in work today and some of my mates couldn’t / wouldn’t believe it

So my question is who else can smell / taste the rain before it actually starts to rain?

Love and Peace

Ive had this same conversation with a few people and they never believe that I can smell the slight damp smell not long before it rains.

I can in the summer after a dry period, it's all the pollution sadly that dissolves in the moistened atmosphere when it hasn't rained for a while. Makes it sound less magical when I explain it though!
