Yes, a wooden stand and a disguarded cigarette in a stairwell fell on to some dry rubbish, went up in minutes.

That is the one, like so many grounds at that time the stands were built using timber, I can still picture in my mind the sight on the news of the speed at which the fire increased. A sad day for all football fans.

May those passionate Bradford fans rest in peace.
