Knowing everyone in my family is well and content; it is kind of like a baseline happiness for me - if that is not there I cannot be totally happy and if it is there, I can relax and enjoy listening to music of my choice, drinking a glass of red wine of my choice... talking to friend, going for walk.. simple pleasures really.
