Indeed I did, from the early new romantic look to the Miami vice look

I looked ridiculous- I was a teenager so I had ridiculously baggy jeans / tracksuit bottoms the tightest bodysuit tops and massive earrings

Blue or green eyeliner and mascara with matching eyeshadow topped off the look

I still have my Farah pants from the 80s obviously wouldn't fit now so it's memorabilia along with few Farah, Pringle shirts and few others and my D.M

Was at school in the 80s but had (what I thought) was the coolest stonewashed denim jacket, loads of iron on patches, the best being a massive Def Leppard Hysteria album cover on the back.

Pernod and black was the devil's drink.

I've never been as sick on a hangover drinking that stuff.

10 minutes of Memories. Remember buying the little uns some of these toys. Also remember wearing similar clothes to these. Wish they would bring back some of these snacks in the video

Yes you can I noticed few times on the shopping channel but on television and certain clothes shops will still have them as they were classified as a top brand Farah press

Of course. 1987 Appetite for Destruction came out - I was 16.

Skinny black jeans, cowboy boots, long wavy blonde hair (more Brett Michaels than Axl Rose), black nail varnish, bracelets up my arm, sleaze band t-shirts or skull shirts, headband, drinking Jack Daniels, hanging around Kensington Market.

My best compliment was seeing G 'n' R at Wembley and a 'normally' dressed bloke looking at me and saying 'you couldn't tell the blokes from the girls in here'.

Those were the days! The Thatcherite boom, there was enterprise allowance to give apprentice yuppies like me a head start, cash was king, privatisation made us all a quick killing, champagne flowed like water, and a 3 series BMW was the must have big boys toy, especially when you had the added extra of a gorgeous girlfriend on the passenger seat in mini skirt, which had also been reinvented. It was the roaring 20s reinvented. We never had it so good!

I just diffused my hair and I look like I did in the 80s

Cross between Carol Decker and David Coverdale

I miss those days when I could just embrace the long hair frizziness and make it worse by backcombing it and then fixing the mane with half a bottle of hairspray

Yup. Rocked it as a rocker vis new wave. Silly clothes and hair. Down to an Adam Ant style military jacket.

Luckily some things never change. Still a fashion victim.

I went from wanting a skin head (female version) back in the 80's.

Was a huge Madness /Ska fan.(liked the music only nothing else)

Strutted around in my crombie coat.

Then came along those jeans with the colour stripe cord down, I had red!

white canvas type boots, rara skirts and a ribbon in my hair.... Ooh what a catch

King's Lynn

Was a kid during the 80's, but late 80's had a lime green shell suit and hi-tech trainers with bright green lace in one and pink lace in the other. I believe my parents still have the photographic evidence in their loft, which sadly I've failed to destroy said photo's lol.

Everyone thought they looked cool back then, the few photos that exist from then are ‘crikey what were you thinking’.... well hidden and grateful smart phones / social media didn’t exist
