Peanut butter and jam beer! Now that sounds interesting.

I don't drink much but I do enjoy a glass of champagne/cava I'm not too fussy which of a vodka and soda with fresh lime. I love Pineau des Charentes you don't find it often here so we made our own.

Oh I love pineau too! Used to drink it all the time when I was in France, but haven't had it for years since I came back. It's hard to get hold of in the UK

Ah the delights of a well chilled Pineau or a glass of Frapin Cognac whilst in the pool late at night watching the stars on barmy evenings.

Thanks for the memories back there in July off to Segonaz to gather supplies from the No1 house of Cognac.

It's nigh on impossible to get. A vineyard owner once gave us some that his late father had made, it was the best alcoholic drink I think I've ever tasted

I very rarely drink now - not for any other reason than I never fancy one but when I do it's a cabernet sauvignon / a sauvignon blanc a brandy or a gin and tonic.

You should try Jack Daniels, Amaretto, pepsi and lime. It's called a Godfather and reminds me of Dr Pepper.
