Maybe not forever because we don't know what forever means.

It is not just about me though.... I would be happy to live as long as I am fit and my family is ok.

No, I have met quite a few older people who were looking forward to their passing. I suppose it’s a bit like going to sleep at the end of a busy day, the rest is something you look forward to.

If I were rich, stayed this age and did not need to work then the answer is yes.

Life seems so short when weighed against all it has to offer and experience. Actually if I could be guaranteed reasonable health forever I could be tempted. And if not forever at least live a hell of alot longer. Being alive is an awesome gift, even when you add the pain and suffering. The fact humans and our universe exists at all is amazing. It's great to witness and experience. However I do wonder if part of the value of life is its fragility? And obviously if it were possible there would be loads of practical implications.

In reality the only way I can live forever is to be the best person I can be. Leaving behind people and a world that I have positively influenced and helped to make better.

Its entirely dependant on what you mean. Like do you carry on aging? Because that would be horrific. If you reached a set age like 30-35 and stopped aging then hell yeah I'd take it, as long as there is the option that i could choose to end it if I wanted to

You'll need tonow, as mortgages are getting so expensive, that your children will have to carrying on paying for it are you've gone...

Two years wages is impossible to save up and use as a 15% deposit.

No but funnily enough I wouldn't mind having another go at my 20s and appreciating all the amazing things a bit more...

I often think that - but being 20 with a 46yr old mind wouldn't be any fun.

I only want to be 20 but with the same youthful enthusiasm

Forever earning a living. Making enough to get by. Same old same old. No thanks.

Knowing we only have a limited time is what motivates us to do stuff. If I knew I had all the time in the world I'd get nothing done.

Live for ever? No Way

According to the Office of National Statistics the average age for Men to die is now 86 and for females is 88.

If I can reach the average age for men I will be delighted, after which I will stop taking all the tablets keeping me alive and let nature do the rest, only four and a half years to go.

I wouldn't want to live forever.

I would like to age VERY slowly and live a healthy life for a couple of hundred years or so. There's so much I want to see and do.
