Just been asked for a fitness update I'm now lifting 15kg my arms are getting bigger lost another stone and I'm feeling great.

Well done, pal. I'm also going on a bit of a fitness journey. Stacked out a cable row on the machine yesterday. Was dead chuffed. Keep at it

Agreed, also try to some partial reps for a better connection and maybe slower negatives

Also endurance slow to begin with and speed up then slow this shocks the body and increase strength and blood flow and stamina and growth of all the little goodies that helps to build a defence also repair
