Boiled please unless you know how to do a perfect poached which I'm quite fussy about.

Oh and the boiling bit. If there is any white snotty bits I can't eat it, so semi runny yolk and hard white please. About 7 minutes boil if the eggs are room temperature.

I think I'm a bit high maintenance with my eggs

No one at all!!

I'm the same with a cup of tea! It has to be strong but not to the point it cools too much. Just a drop of milk, not enough so you can taste the milk but just enough to make it mid brown, not dark brown.

I'm a total nightmare!

Love it, it's a bit of an art though. Messy fingers and you need to make sure you don't dip it for too long or it falls apart

As long as the yolk is runny, it’s the only part I eat, the rest goes in the bin.

Quick fry is the easiest as you can see when cooked enough

I haven’t had a fried egg for years, so I could easily eat one of them. Boiled I have from time to time, usually it’s omelette or poached for mine.

....or we can find ways to bypass the hours from breakfast and find it’s already lunchtime.
