It’s going to be a completely new chapter in my life and I feel more alive than ever before

What makes you feel alive ?

Are you an adrenaline junkie , do you just enjoy a stroll in the country , are you a raver ?

I feel alive as I walk along a beach and hear the waves, the breeze on my face and see the beauty in the place.

I feel alive hill walking as I take a minute to stop and look at the beautiful scenery laid out in front of me.

I feel alive as I walk through a forest and see the beauty in all the different colours of trees and how the sunlight is dappled by the leaves and dances on the ground as the wind blows.

It's nature, that makes me feel alive

Independent travel let's you change your plans instantly and explore places based on the recommendations of others.

We have seen some truly amazing places

Now that it's staycations there are still many places in Britain yet to explore. Its still an adventure, just on a tamer scale

Absolutely love waking up on top of a mountain to a glorious sunrise, cold crisp air, and a good cup of coffee...

It depends and varies

Always, my daughters smile and those three words “ love you daddy “

My job excites me still

Travel to different places! Seeing wildlife in the wild.

A sunrise from a mountain top, knowing walking up there I’ve had earn it.

But recently that waking in the morning to a message from a certain someone that makes me feel alive, excited and always makes me smile.

Abercynon-ish

That rush when you are on a plane at takeoff. The engines roar, the acceleration and being pinned briefly back in your seat, followed by the gut drop of the initial climb as you thrust towards adventure.

Missed this so much in the last year.

What used to make me feel alive, was surviving a close call.

Whether it be the rear tyre on the bike sliding, on a wet white line doing 70 on a motorway.

Getting to the bottom of a twist decent on the road bike, looking and seeing that you just did over 50 mph with only lycra and a bit of polystyrene in your head.

Being told that you are all clear of cancer, that was the biggest feeling of being alive.
