Your pictures tell a different story, definately not ugly! The end of the lockdowns is something to look forward to, at the very least

Lockdown has shown the holes in our relationship and he doesn't make me feel special anymore. I would love fwb with someone who will care for me as a friend as well. But i think that's wishful thinking

Could be that he's struggling too, potentially, but I understand where you're coming from, definately. Why don't you try and have a flirt, arrange some meets?

I have tried to sort out a few foursomes.

We have a couple we used to play with although they seem more interested in him since lockdown. He meets them alone

Perhaps I’m not the best to advise as a single man but have you told your partner honestly how you feel?

I think often there is an expectation both ways that you know exactly how the other person is feeling.

The other issue is often things are not fully said in case the other persons feelings are hurt.

Ooh, that's a little harsh! Have you had a chance to speak to him about it? (You can dm if you want to chat)

That's pretty shitty! Why not make your own profile, and arrange yourself something, see if that gets a reaction?

The thing about swinging is that there needs to be communication and boundaries to which you both agree to.

Doesn't sound like meeting alone is within your boundaries and its certainly not up to you to speak with them about it!

He needs to stop meeting them alone and you both need to communicate ... good luck.

Reading

You are a very pretty girl and will have no problems finding a wonderful fwb.

Just chat to them to make sure there is a connection. Look for someone with the qualities you would look for in a friend. Above all enjoy the search. Flirt and have fun.

Market Harborough / Kettering

I'm going through the same myself and after speaking to the doctor you realise just how common it is and how it's ok to ask for help. You also find out that there are so many things that help such as simply talking to someone, exercise and having a damn good cry every now and again. You also find out that things that you think should make you feel better like alcohol are actually depressants ! In simple terms don't bottle it up but dont be afraid to ask for help if you need it
