Hi has any one heard when clubs are going to reopen for full play.

I don't know if clubs will be allowed to open from 17th May or if they have to wait for 21st June, assuming restrictions are lifted according to government hopes.

It would be best to keep an eye on the web sites of the particular clubs you are interested in. They are likely to publicise it when they know.
