Meeting other singles/couples on Holiday

Do any of you have any tips or tactics to meet other singles or couples to join for a bit of fun when on holiday?

Have downloaded Tinder to look for local guys or girls to join us when in Turkey - but security wouldn't let guy into hotel!

Chatting to or approaching others can be hit and miss. Just wondered if anyone had any tips (or funny stories at least!)

Lets face it - the chances of someone being near from fab are pretty slim, never mind them being 'decent'!

I think we'll stick to trying Tinder!

We've been approached while on holiday. It can be awkward.

I've seen threads in the relevant forum section asking if anybody is going to be in the same resort at the same time and we were in the same hotel as a couple from fab once so it's not impossible.

True story. I was on my sunbed at a hotel in Lanzarote a few years ago. Showing on Fab as quarter of a mile away was a female from Leeds.

I messaged her and I got an instant reply. It turned out she was at the same hotel. We agreed to meet at the pool bar. Unfortunately there were two pool bars. One for her pool and one for the one I was at.

After initially thinking I was being messed about, we sorted the confusion out with a couple of messages.

Within 20 mins we finally found the correct pool bar. We had a lovely drink and a chat. It was so impromptu and very exiting. She was hot too.

Yes very slim but literally 200 meters away at the same hotel.

If you go to maspalomas on Gran Canaria for a holiday there are loads of people on fab...and lots of clubs and bars ..and the hotel receptions are very relaxed
