That's the sort of job my brother-in-law would love. He has narcolepsy. Being an air traffic controller isn't working out for him these days.

In my previous job I was surrounded by mouth breathers that talked at me about Love Island and their kids

It was a seriously stressful environment and bitchy too.

I'll take the silent darkness and they pay rise over that any day

From what you say the job description is , there is no nothing . You can’t do anything .

Based on that I’m out . Sitting in the dark all the time wouldn’t do you any good . Have you seen the film decent ? The creatures ( human like things ) have adapted to deal with the dark . I know it’s a bit far fetched to compare but wouldn’t want to turn into anything like that

It's called a dilemma to get friendly people thinking, which most people have managed to successfully do.
