No, I've never found him funny as a comedian, but I have liked some of his acting work.

I like them sometimes but often don't understand some of their comedy. They're often in this area as they came from the next town along.

He was the voice of Nigel the Koala in the movie The Wild.

They adapted the character around him and his ad libs.

Brilliant character and very funny

What an amazing man. He’s very funny but I find his work outside of comedy a true inspiration

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

"The hair thieves! They come in the night! Steal your hair they do "

And it has proved to be true! She was prophetic.

We used to do Cake or Death as a semi-regular family thing. It still makes me laugh thinking about the then children doing it was a straight face.

Have to say the earlier stiff is better. It might be because circle was filmed in America but I didn't find it as funny as the earlier stuff.

When we were little we used to quote lots of izzardisms. My little sister proclaimed loudly in a restaurant 'this.is a poo shop.... Everything here is made of poo!'

I think he appeals to the intellectual.. those who dont get his humour are lovely people but their intellect rhymes with stick...

Loved his early stuff but I saw him live a few years ago and never laughed once. I mean Star Wars canteen is fantastic and very funny, but the tour I saw was a disappointment for all of us in our group.

Still love his marathon running and everything he does outside of his comedy, though

I love him, been to see him too!

I also think his charity work and the back to back endless marathons that he runs are just incredible.. I mean really incredible.. Google if you're not aware - you'll be blown away

Yes that side of him is pretty amazing, I don't rate his comedy. He's a bit too political for me.
