I really fancied a baked potato tonight, everything the shops sold as'baking potatoes 'wouldn't fill a sparrow. What happened to the days when a 'baking potato 'was a decent size, that nearly took up the whole plate?

My microwave thinks sensible sized baking potatoes are greedy. I have to tell it I’m cooking two potatoes otherwise it can’t be bothered to cook it properly.

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?

Baked potatoes in the microwave? Blasphemy!!!!

10 minutes in the microwave followed by a hot oven until crispy. Scoop out the insides and fluff. Replace them and top with cheese and return them to the oven for 5 mins
