I'm making a chicken curry, couple of glasses of wine and a bubble bath to soothe the aches I'll probably feel after my Fitbit challenge of 25000 steps today

Yes it should be evening too lol, enjoy the chicken curry and the evening, that is good steps to aim for. I try to get about 10000 to 15000 steps aday

Friday night is music night, for me. So I’ll look on YouTube for concert footage or if BBC4 or Sky Arts have a music documentary on.

As I like to have a glass of something strong on a Friday night, music matches my mood.
