She sounds magnificent! Our little orange Kubota is still at the mechanic's after 3 months as Covid has caused a tractor parts shortage! We'll have her back next Tuesday and I'll be all full of joy and fuzziness.

Ive had a lovely day i went out for lunch with my beloved ( although it was cold) then my son and his partner came to see me. We went to the supermarket and he refused to let me carry my own basket even though i only wanted a couple of things. Bless him

I've been working at home all day, the health visitor rang to do a totally unannounced pre-school assessment for our daughter while I had a gobful of cornflakes and now I've just got back from the gym. Started to work on strength and cardio combined again, which is do-able in the wheelchair. Towing a weighted prowler plus kettle bell on the footplate. 12kg kettle bell plus 60kg prowler x8. My PT had a go after me and he couldn't move it even a metre

I want to drive an old tractor (and a new one). There was an old farmer who used to drive a blue one round the village and he always looked so happy

Ny grandad worked on a farm and it was massey fergason tractors. Id be about 4 when i was first allowed to ride with him and i was born in 1965 so the tractors would of been about that age

Today is my 51st Birthday

It has been mixed

At 1am, I was stripping the bed and showering after the dog sharted on me

Work this morning was fun, my colleagues bought me three treat hampers, 1 with chocs & sweets, 1 with fruit & healthy nibbles and 1 with cheese, crackers & chutneys

The afternoon was emotionally draining, having been spent in a solicitors office finalising wills & power of attorney details for both my parents

I am a bit knackered and would dearly love to go to bed, but a friend who I haven't seen in 6 months is coming round for supper at 9.30

Happy, but drained

I forgot to say how my day has been because of tractor excitement

It was rainy, then sunny, then rainy, then it hailed, then sun......

I pricked out celeriac, statice and antirrhinums, sowed parsnips, red and golden beetroot, and dill, ed between the raspberry canes and the spinach. It was a nice day apart from getting locked in the walled garden by a colleague for 10 minutes at the end of the day. It was sunny by then so it wasn't a terrible place to be.

The motivation is seeing my fat arse in the mirror

Trying to also keep up the weird park wheelchair/running basketball based fitness sessions PT and I invented over lockdown!

I've had a great day. I got on the scales this morning and I've lost a stone since January, I was complimented on my weight loss by someone, the 2nd person to say that to me this week so I'm buzzing, and I've signed up to bootcamp and some 1 to 1 PT sessions.
