Your disceeetly bullied at work by your manager who uses thes tactics to try and force you to work illegally and for you to break the law. You dont back down and highlight it to their manager, who because your on probation tells you its not working out and gives you a weeks notice..

What do you do...

If it is unfair dismissal, you can take it up with the arbitration service if you have a valid case and can provide evidence of unsafe work practices, they will jump on this

Because I'm in my probation period I will probably do nothing. If this has happened to you I'm sorry.

You might be able to report them for attempting to make you work illegally if you have evidence though.

I have the evidence he comitted it to email and sent across the company.

However his manager is alao at faukt using mob mentality to back them up whichbis alao a form of harrassment and bullying.
