My garden. Getting my hands dirty and nurturing my little seedlings. Ripping out rockerys and anything else to do with that space.

Then sitting back and looking at my progress.

Maybe not quite what the OP meant my getting my blood going but it certainly keeps me happy and semi sane and leaves me feeling positive

Travel.

Then taking the horse out for a nice hack and getting the old boy galloping. He loves it as well.

I should, but need to lose some weight first.

Also I find it difficult to get my head around the idea of paying to do it, when I used to be paid for it! And the riding school horses are a bit dull tbh, I like the youngsters or the ones with spirit!

Not sure, to be honest. It doesn’t feel like much, if anything, does.

I used to have pretty keen interests in the past, but they’ve all fallen by the wayside either due to life changes or just not being interested in them any more.

I like watching F1, but don’t always get the chance due to family commitments. I used to follow UFC quite closely, but with everything being PPV and the event times always being awful, I’ve given up and just read the follow-up articles now.

I love to travel - I haven't done much of it in the last few years but I spent a big chunk of my life seeing the world.

There's so much more to see

"It used to be horses, for years and years.

Not sure now, perhaps thats why I am here!

Food for thought."

This is me as well. My son is older now though and so starting to be able to do more. I can't wait to do some travelling (once restrictions lift)
