Had a strange conversation with someone this morning who wanted a £25 security deposit for a meet.....

No money for sexual service but as a deposit for their security.

It rang alarm bells with me straight away.

Carried on chatting and got the email address to us PayPal

Turns out the PayPal is into USD.

Wasn't fooled was just curious as to how they were trying to scam.

I have heard all sorts of things like coughing up front for a hotel room, not booking and paying for it myself. To pay for a meal just in case I didn't turn up. To pay for sexy underwear they would buy for the occasion. So they can pay for the taxi to get them there. The list goes on. Report and block.

Prove to me you are not fake by paying me money!

The only advance I will ever pay is if I were making a deposit for rent! Even that would have to be via a reputable agent or rental scheme.
