Why do most people prefer dad bods/mum tums on there partner but what would you prefer your own body to look like? I think that most people would say gym bods. I am exactly like this. I find it weird that we are attracted to one thing but want the opposite for ourselves.

My preference of body type: Woman.

What I have is slim

I live alone and tend to be lazy about cooking. Often, I’ll eat a salad with some cheese because it’s easy to make and I’m lucky that I happen to like them. Restaurants are closed, which help stave off the temptation to pop out for an easy meal.

The last time I stepped into a gym was in 1999. I do press ups almost every day and crunches sometimes because they’re the easiest a lazy man can get away with.

Hence, by default, I’m lucky I look fit because I am lazy.

The irony of it.

I’m 66 and have a dad bod in spades. Ladies in my age group often have similar and that’s perfectly fine with me. Celebrate your curves ladies!

Exactly this for me. In other people I can them as attractive and sexy but when I look at myself I just don't see it and can only see the things I want to change.
