maybe a weird / tiny one for me, but at the moment its when I wake the pooch up in the morning and let her out of her bed... she is always excited to see me, loads of hugs and kisses and as daft as it sounds it gives me some purpose in the morning.

no matter how shit yesterday was, that always sets today up right
