I 100% feel your pain... especially this week, I'm on a 5 day course on zoom - 830-5 every day on Zoom with 2-4hrs work each evening too

My life ......every single day starting at 7:30am till maybe 6 or 7 ......sometimes with not a single break all back to back for 5-6 hours

Do you have a Jabra connected ? And a second screen ?
