Also I've started some CBT councelling which has made me think about things/issues differently.I'm finding it really interesting and definitely useful.

"I'm good. The gym being open again has made a huge difference. The outdoor classes in the sun have been brilliant

Gotten far to comfortable in my safe little hermit cave. Part of me prefers to stay here as there is so much judgement out there. But I really do miss live music. So unless I manage to hijack myself a complete rock band I'm going to have to pull my big girl panties up and brave it.
