Yes, I would snack more to try to combat the feelings of withdrawal.

I quit smoking but replaced it with vaping so not completely quit nicotine.

I still get the munchies when vaping just not as much. Increased when I tried to lower the nicotine content of the eliquid but I've had to increase the content again as I was just vaping more.

I lost weight eight years ago when I gave up as whenever I'd usually have had a cigarette eg after a meal, I'd go for a walk. Also I made sure I always had grapes in the house & would snack on those instead of anything naughty

I lost weight when I gave up, I walked every day and if I was hungry tried to make healthier choices. I gave up 5/6yrs ago and vape only when drinking now, you can do it.

First month was horrendous but I’ve never looked back x

I'm considering giving up smoking myself, can't say I enjoy every ciggie. But am not concerned on some weight gain as am and have been underweight. The bit that I'm worried about is being short tempered.

The best advice would be go for a vape the pens don't work at all from previous experience, the smok ranges are good and you get more of a throat hit, plus loads of flavors out there
