I think there is some truth to this. I remember a few months back everyone was going crazy for Zac Efron's 'dad bod' but he was still ripped, only he'd added a beard to his look.

That's not what I dad bod is, I think?

I don’t get the dad bod thing. Bodies come in all shapes and sizes irrespective of age or whatever it is that the phrase dad bod is supposing.

I’m guessing the definition of a dad bod is that body typical of a middle aged man.

It’s like Rugby bod. What on earth is that, well built but slightly overweight?

I like some men. Some of the men I like have what would probably be defined as a "dad bod", some "gym fit", some "slim", some "rugby build" and some "big".

There's such a difference in the way people see themselves that a descriptor of body shape/size isn't actually very useful on here, in my opinion. Pictures are the way forward.

But even then it depends more on the person and whether they catch my interest with forum posts or a message really.

There's never going to be a one size fits all answer to this question, because.... and this may be a shocker.... women don't all think alike.
