Can anyone recommend some over counter pain killers till I get my tramadol prescription

The highest strength Paracetamol you can buy over the counter or 400ml Ibuprofen.

I find the Ibuprofen is the better but my heart consultant gave me a right bollocking for using it, but without it I can barely walk.

Turmeric curcumin if you get the right effective supplement helps with this condition and inflammations.
