Secret hideaway in the pennines

How far would you travel for a meet

I've done Manchester to London and Manchester to Dundee, both for weekend overnights in the past

No further than Swindon to the West and Oslo to the East.

Gapping Fanny

No distance is too far if the proposed meet is something we want to happen.

The limiter for us is how long the journey takes verses how long we will be there for. We are unlikely to travel for 3 hours each way for a 30 minute meet. However, if we then spent 4-5 hours entertaining ourselves in the nearest town then we would consider it a worthwhile trip.

I don’t mind as I don’t do ‘blow and go’ meets. As it takes at least 2 hours to get ready, you have to put up with me for at least double that time

For the right night (club event) or person I’d travel extensively for an enjoyable evening

a town near you

Depends on the the person. If it’s someone I’ve been chatting for ages I would travel far to meet just if it was just a one off then not very far

Not very...

Might go to Bournemouth or Brighton (from Portsmouth) but that's about it.

Not very far at all. I'd never drive more than an hour, and even then I'd rather it be more like 30 minutes. I just can't be bothered lol

I'd be happy to drive about an hour as long as the meet is going to last a while.

Though for the right person I'd probably go further.

I'm also thinking of going on a break somewhere (maybe Wales or Scotland) when things have settled more, and arranging a meet for then could be quite nice. I guess that's a bit of a different case though.

somewhere, someplace

Totally depends on the person, if I was travelling it would be for a meet that would last a while and not just a quickie. Obviously local is easier but for example in the past I've travelled to Sheffield for an overnight meet and Birmingham for a day meet

Found it easier as a couple when planning meets further away. as we can can make a trip out of it and we love a stay over, even better if we plan to meet at a new club. So even if the meet falls through, we have a great time anyway. However I can see how the distance may be an issue if you chance a meet alone.

Distance is irrelevant for the right person. And who doesn't love a roadtrip
