Try not to hate these days. I was very bitter towards those that made the little black book. It just kept me very bitter and hell bent on vengeance which is even further negative energy.

I agree and would also say that I can't hate people I don't know and those I do know that are not nice don't deserve my time to hate them!

As I said in another post somewhere, hate is a very strong word and quite how anyone can honestly say they hate T.V. personalities or celebrities.. Says more about them than it does about those in the firing line!
