I feel like it's not the FACT they're asking me, it's the WAY they're asking. Like the way some people hate the word "moist". I have that reaction but with this phrase

Honestly it's not the fact that someone is asking me how I am, it's literally just that phrase and the way it sounds that sets my teeth on edge. Makes me feel like I've been slapped with a wet fish.
