Question for you all,

Do you find fab can become slightly obsessive, in that other things get put on the back burner??

Run Mumbles Run!

;-)

I do find it interferes greatly with my on side pottery and twattery business.

I think everyone goes through a stage like that mumbles, it’ll soon wear off.

There’s only so long you can log in to the forum and see the same threads and the same replies going around and around.

Enjoy it and don’t overthink it.

To quote Sheryl Crow ~

If it makes you happy... it can’t be that baaaaaad.

In the last week or so I’d say I’ve barely been on here, before then it defo was cutting in to my productivity, so maybe comes in waves, maybe it’s because I have things fun to do now so don’t want to procrastinate to avoid things needing done

Fab forum has done when I first started using it and I was on a high and just kept going and getting obsessive. Then dropped low and took a three month break.

Came back on again as my mood started to elevate and could feel the obsessiveness coming back. Have headed that off and now come on, check a few threads, come off.

In recent weeks yes, normally no. I guess it's a good way to escape the stresses of daily life.

Plus I love typing waffle and unimportant crap online.

You think this is bad, you should see my social media

It was a novelty at first and a bit addictive. Finding like minded open people was fun for quite a while.

Now on my second time on fab I'm not so fussed, some days it grabs me others it doesn't.

Absolutely. It's so addictive plus I'm on fab more than Facebook these days. On the positive side it's so nice to chat with friends on here.

In a town full of colours

If it stops being fun it's time to have a break

Small regular breaks are good and it's nice to come back with fresh eyes, I am quite chatty so it suits me well to do that
