Nope, but I did dance between squats yesterday in rhythm with the music and it helped.

Absolute rubbish but that doesn't stop me after a couple of drinks. Best place to dance is The Ritz in Manchester (at a gig not the fuck awful club nights), it's got a sprung wooden floor, you can stand still and move rhythmically.
