Reflecting, it's been a year and some change for it.

From an unexpected source, a bodybuilding podcast I listen to.

"We're living in someone else's value system...

Embracing grief is actually. Stopping being afraid of it and accepting that I cannot be in control of my emotions and feelings all the time I can only guide them, its being a really steep learning curve for me x
