Both having a successful Games, I'm absolutely loving it. I'm proud to be British and I'm so proud of my Jamaican heritage.

Hoping for a Jamaica 123 in the 200 tonight to follow Nicola Adams winning boxing womens gold this afternoon.

The Jamaican team have performed well and in good spirit, its just a shame Carl Lewis had to make bitter comments to the press after Bolt surpassed him.

Really? That's very disappointing. It shows a real lack of quality. Michael Johnson was the opposite when Bolt broke his 200M record at tha last Games.

He has made comments that the Jamaican athletes are tested infrequently and has hinted that things are not played on a level playing field. I think its sour grapes, Bolt is just gifted and if he trained more he might be even quicker.

Mo sorts out business in the 5000m and then the boys deliver a new World Record to win the relay.
