Evening fabsters,

Hows ur monday been?

Mines been ok, im suffering with a slight case of insomnia wgich is bloody annoying but,

-Ive ventured back into the gymnasium today.

-Ive eaten bacon.

-Keir Starmer kicked out of pub today

-lots of traffic jams in south wales

- and finally happy birthday Maria Sharapova gatsby has your birthday present here

Finished work at 7am, home 8am, walked the dog till 8:30, got into bed, woke at 1pm, had a lazy day before work again at 11 tonight.

Just had therapy so im feeling centered.

Lost 4 lb this week so that's another positive.

I just ordered fish and chips so I will be filling that 4 lb void in my stomach in style

Back to bed where I left my fella.

Couple of hours of cuddles, passion and laughter.

Then off to work.

Food shop, picked kids up. Homework, tea, kids in bed. Now chilling on the sofa
