Not a huge lover of bacon, but when I do it's thick cut, unsmoked, back bacon, on hedgehog bread with Anchor butter.

Little drop of Heinz ketchup.

on a muffin with a decent amount of HP.

OR if I'm feeling posh... crispy bacon between one slice of toast and one slice of bread, with ketchup on the bread side (that detail is VERY important!)

maybe I'm a bit weird

Not too crispy and burnt but I like the fat to be crispy, white bread and ketchup or sometimes I dip one half of the loaf in the lard (if cooked with that) and no sauce
